This is the newest innovation in Melbourne function catering - a spit roast menu that caters for gourmet tastes. It features special preparations of our best spit roast recipes, as well as innovative salads such as Bok Choy and Chinese Noodle Salad, Caesar Salad with fresh bacon, egg and shaved Parmesan, Roast Pumpkin, Carrot & Coriander Salad plus special vegetables dishes.
