It features special preparations of our best spit roast recipes, as well as innovative salads such as Bok Choy and Chinese Noodle Salad, Caesar Salad with fresh bacon, egg and shaved Parmesan, Roast Pumpkin, Carrot & Coriander Salad plus special vegetables dishes.
